Job Details

The Operations Technical Services Specialist I will support the Global Customer Services department through implementation and support of key management processes, certificate implementation, File Processor, and Reporting Extract.

THIS IS HYBRID POSITION with average in office days around 2-3 depending on team needs. To foster community, connection, and collaboration, it is expected that candidates within a 50 mile commute of our Mentor, Ohio location adhere to a hybrid working model. Hybrid work is also expected for any candidate within a 50 mile commute of a Visa office. This hybrid model includes in office and work from home days each week.

What you'll do:

• Implementation and support of key management tasks which includes creation, alteration, configuration, and distribution of cryptographic keys
• Implementation and support for File Processor, a Cardinal-developed incoming data processing platform for receiving cardholder data from customers
• Implementation and support for Reporting Extract, a Cardinal-developed bulk reporting platform for delivering data to customers
• Collaborate with business and implementation teams to improve processes
• Develop and maintain documentation around processes
• Design and implement automation scripts
• Work with software engineering on issues to perform a root cause analysis

What we need you to have:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
o In lieu of a degree, a high school diploma or equivalent with four or more years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, will be considered
• 1+ years of experience implementing and troubleshooting software applications
• 1+ years of experience diagnosing, reporting, tracking, and resolving quality issues

What we'd love you to have:

• Experience with creation, alteration, configuration, and distribution of encryption keys
• Experience working with an HSM
• Experience implementing and troubleshooting SFTP
• Experience developing and executing manual and automated test suites
