Job Details

The Sales Executive, North America will be responsible for driving new customer relationships for VCAS and other Visa products and services with Tier 2 Financial Institutions, Payment Processors, and other distribution partners such as Fintech companies. The Sales Executive will also be a responsible and accountable team member having a sense of urgency for driving the sales efforts in their territory and results of the company through the successful identification, development, close and execution / implementation of new accounts. The Sales executive will develop a strategy and business plan to execute with collaboration of their Visa colleagues.

What You'll Do:

  • Identify prospects, including T2 Financial Institutions, processors and fintech companies, and build a book of business for the North American market
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders within Visa to build sales pipeline and manage the overall sales process
  • Provide accurate forecasts and reporting to management
  • Manage pipeline using the CRM tools
  • Deliver on previous industry sales expertise in the networks, merchant acquiring, ecommerce security, gateway, and payment processing world
  • Provide VCAS presentations, ranging from introductory and high-level presentations to more in-depth and technical presentations
  • Complete pre-development forms alongside the client, clearly explaining all aspects, including technical documentation review
  • Generate new revenue from new or existing clients by understanding new product offerings and how it benefits clients

What we need for you to have:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
    In lieu of degree, a high school diploma/equivalent with four or more years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
  • 3+ years of experience in North American markets with consultative selling
  • Experience providing exceptional customer/client support
  • Experience working side-by-side with other operational departments
  • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel 25 - 50% via air or land

What we would love you to have:

  • Experience with a CRM
  • Experience selling solutions into the card-not-present client base solutions to issuers
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish and English
  • Experience in working with global banking entities

This position can be performed in a remote work arrangement for any candidate located outside the greater Cleveland area, or any Visa office. To foster community, connection, and collaboration, it is expected that candidates within a 50 mile commute of our Mentor, Ohio location adhere to a hybrid working model. Hybrid work is also expected for any candidate within a 50 mile commute of a Visa office. This hybrid model includes in office and work from home days each week.
