Job Details

As an IT Manager at CardinalCommerce, you are responsible for the day-to-day management of the Technical Assistant Center and its staff. This position coordinates projects related to product platform and business support, system technology deployments, end-user support, IT asset management, software analysis, and IT vendor management.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop team of Specialists/Leads/Interns/Apprentices within the TAC team
  • Train, coach and mentor Service Desk specialists
  • Establish, measure, and report KPI’s for service requests and projects
  • Documents, audits and improves all processes used by Corporate IT
  • Onboard new hires and offboard employees
  • Ensure proper function and maintenance of end-user systems
  • Recommend adjustments to systems and equipment to ensure cost effective infrastructure
  • Maintain & periodically analyze relationships with IT vendors and third party providers
  • Provide timely, ongoing status updates throughout projects to Leadership team
  • Provide leadership while contributing to team and company objectives
  • Follow team and company standards and contribute to refine and improve process and procedure
  • Document systems and procedures
  • Maintain knowledge of IT products and features used across the organization

What we need you to have:

  • In lieu of a B.S. degree, a high school diploma or equivalent with 4 years of related experience will be considered
  • 5+ years of related experience and/or training in Information Technology
  • Experience leading a department of multiple IT specialists
  • Good interpersonal skills in influencing decision-makers
  • Understands complex IT related systems
  • Experienced developing standard operating procedures
  • Ability to communicate with Senior level management
  • Advanced technical knowledge of MS Office products

This position can be performed in a remote work arrangement for any candidate located outside the greater Cleveland area, or any Visa office. To foster community, connection, and collaboration, it is expected that candidates within a 50 mile commute of our Mentor, Ohio location adhere to a hybrid working model. Hybrid work is also expected for any candidate within a 50 mile commute of a Visa office. This hybrid model includes in office and work from home days each week.
